About T&B Stone 
15 years ago, one of our owners walked into a stone company looking for a job. He would have never guessed that this job would turn into a passion. 

Willie Tidwell brings 15 years of experience to T&B Stone. He started at Renaissance Stone in West Nashville in the warehouse learning how to use the saws to cut and veneer stone. Willie worked his way up and soon ended up managing the entire production staff. 

Throughout the years, Willie made notes of things he would change if he ever owned his own business involving processes, employee retention, and more. 

The minute he learned Renaissance was selling, he knew it was his opportunity. He has a passion for customer service and the stone industry and is excited about this ownership opportunity. 

A few years ago, Renaissance was in need of a delivery driver. Jeremy Black started delivering stone for us as a side job. He's always owned businesses on the side and this was the perfect fit. Fast forward a few years, he was still delivering stone and working with Willie on a plan to open a stone manufacturing business in the White Bluff area. His knowledge of the financial aspects of running a business was the piece Willie needed to make the perfect business partner and co-owner. Together their strengths complement each other to make a win-win for their customers. Jeremy has recognized ways to streamline the stone cutting process and make things work more smoothly for the company and the customers. He is passionate about business ownership and has some big ideas for T&B Stone's future.
